Everywhere I go I take my sketchbook. Sketching is easier than taking pictures, or at least it is more reliable to your memory, because you do not sketch what is there, but only what you see... (I don´t see cars in front of buildings, I don't see electrical wires all over the place... Photos do.) ..and when you get home and open the sketchbook, you'll see what and how you saw, and you'll have the same feeling. I leave here some of my registers.

Urbansketchers in Lisbon
I was lucky to be in Lisbon when the Urban Sketchers meeting happened in Lisbon.
I joined them to scketch the Terreiro do Paço.
However, after leaving my sketchbook for some days in the car, at the sun, the heat started "eating" my drawings, the ink vanishing...
I got them on time to save part of the drawings... but this is all I have now...

Il Cortile del Re
Also in Charleston, SC, also in King St., we found THE BEST Italian restaurant! Authentic Italian food, with authentic imported ingredients from Italy... a real mozarella di bufala with real prociutto and real olives... yumy!
All the restaurant is very nice inside: red wood walls with dark brown wood cabinets hold lots of wine bottles and other loquors, funny shapped glasses and old fashion art works hanged on the walls.
